Challenge:
Niche retailer Black Sun Games had to boost awareness of their brick-and-mortar store among local gamers.
Solution:
Consonant recommended targeting gamers at area gaming conventions and wrote a flier to distribute to event attendees.
We promoted the store’s gaming tables and online forum to attract both buyers and non-buying clique influencers to Black Sun’s gaming community. To track traffic from each convention, Consonant included a coded coupon on the flier.

Results:
The flier received a 6% response rate from the first convention a few miles from the store, and it generated 2% to 4% response rates from later conventions nine to twenty-three miles away.
